How can employers create a Faster, Fairer and Safer world at work?
The Better Hiring Charter is a voluntary code for employers to make Hiring in the UK Faster, Fairer and Safer. It consists of the outputs of the Better Hiring Institute's subcommittee insights from leading industry experts, as well as expert testimony at the Modernising Employment All-Party Parliamentary Group's sessions, from July 2023.
With the joint policy announcement from the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Health and Social Care, and His Majesty's Treasury in November 2023, the Better Hiring Institute has worked with its consortium of experts to create a clear and actionable plan for employers to implement within their day-to-day hiring process, to ensure the Back to Work Plan's success over 2024 and beyond.
