This free Toolkit has been created for companies in the Hospitality sector is a collaboration between the Institute of Hospitality, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), Reed Screening, the Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), Disclosure Scotland, and the Better Hiring Institute.
The Toolkit exists to give organisations in the industry guidance on best practice in hiring standards, ensures the prevention of dishonest staff, and provides handy templates throughout for use within your organisation.
At the Better Hiring Institute, the Hospitality subcommittee brings together a range of well-known and SME's in the sector to develop best practice, agree, and maintain standards.
The industry subcommittee also provides feedback on the Blueprint for Better Hiring, the UKs first complete guide for the future of hiring, as well as contributing to the Modernising Employment All-Party Parliamentary Group (MODE APPG).
